Ghost Ranch

Mon Oct 15, 2007, 9:06 AM
When I get around to it I'm going to start going through my Ghost Ranch photos and I'll put some up on here, I have more from that camping trip too I just haven't had time to do much with them. Not that I really have any decent software to do much of anything with my photos as it is.

Looking at Ghost Ranch photos is kind of depressing though, I kinda want to go back and move in or something. Same with looking at photos of Seattle, Portland, Dublin, London... Also, random thought but uh, Rain feels all wrong in Florida... PNW and Great Britain/Ireland rain feel WAY different from Florida rain... I don't like Florida rain, but I like rain in those other places. Iowa rain even feels better.

I can't say it's a tropical rain thing,, because *technically* Great Britain and Ireland are in a tropical climate (sounds crazy I know, but it's true)

Bah! I want to skip out and backpack Europe... I need money. I also miss taking history classes... I love history, always have, I find it fascinating... history in Miami is boring though, there's only about 100 years of genuine history here.

I thank you for the comment. Oddly enough, I was thinking about you today as I was watching a Shane Claiborne DVD. The Lord works in mysterious ways.
On the subject of middle-of-the-road Christians, I know many who could probably be considered that, but are not active in serving others. What we really need are more people like you, as you actually did a "Christian" program (compared to I who took the government program route).
Before this gets too long winded, do you still check your MySpace out? I would be interested in finding out what you are up to, where are you, etc.
Cordially,
Nick
